Fresh mix 3.0: Fat commission? Fat party!

This time, in addition to the meeting room, we're also celebrating the high rents in the city of Bonn and the exorbitant estate agent costs. An average of €10 rent per square meter of living space! Yay, that puts us in 3rd place in NRW behind Cologne (1st place) and Düsseldorf (2nd place) according to the 2022 census! Congratulations, Bonn!

Celebrate with us this high place in the ranking of the most expensive rents in NRW and the €1785 that we were allowed to pay to our estate agent in addition to the rent.

Living and renting simply remains a great luxury that we want to continue to enjoy - even as a non-profit, non-commercial project whose doors are open to all Bonn residents.

We say fat commission?! = FAT PARTY!!!
