Fiasco

Four young artists deal with everything that happens in the world. They try to find their way through this confusion, deal with it, but find themselves exposed to a climate of crisis that constantly challenges them.

In this exposed loneliness and in the face of catastrophes and states of emergency that bring with them great upheavals, the question of the individual's scope for possibility - and thus also the question of the possibility of individual failure - arises quite contrary to the preoccupation with the big picture. Fiasco attempts to relativize what we as individuals see as failure - through a change of scale between catastrophes, everyday clumsiness and accomplished instability.

Is it possible to see failure as an aesthetic and performative experience in an abstract compositional process? What is our position as artists? What is the value of our failure? What are the opportunities of failure?
