Since their formation in 1990, FIDDLER'S GREEN have established themselves as one of the most popular, successful and enduring bands in the European folk rock community. A well-oiled Irish speed folk machine, they are now at the zenith of their career with their new studio album "The Green Machine"!

Fiddler`s Green currently have an impressive 25 albums, four DVDs, many hundreds of thousands of enthusiastic fans around the globe and over 214k monthly Spotify listeners. Ralf Albers (vocals, guitar, mandolin), Pat Prziwara (guitar, vocals), Rainer Schulz (bass), Stefan Klug (accordion, bodhran), Tobias Heindl (violin, vocals) and Frank Jooss (drums) feel just as much at home in cozy clubs as they do on the stages of large concert arenas all over Europe and Asia. With "The Green Machine", Fiddler`s Green now present their first studio album in over four years!

While working on their last three albums, the idea for "The Green Machine" began to develop in parallel, mature and finally take on a life of its own.

Together with the well-known producer Jörg Umbreit (In Extremo, Grave Digger and many more), a living organism was created over the past 36 months in the seclusion of the renowned Principal Studios near Münster, which now presents Fiddler's Green from their most varied and multi-layered side. Twelve songs long, the band spans the stylistic arc from their familiar full-throttle party sound to touching ballads and poppier pieces to driving mid-tempo rockers and even country and western-influenced tracks that have never before been heard from the Erlangers in this form. 50 Shades of Green, so to speak, in which the fiddlers combine plenty of energy with an unparalleled attention to detail and high-percentage storytelling.

Fiddler's Green: "We took our time with this album. The songs were created in various stages, during which they grew and changed constantly. We were happy to give them this freedom and finally distil the essence. This record shows what Fiddler's Green sound like in 2023."

"HovesMeute" are a mixture of musicians with different musical styles from the Rhein Sieg district. They play regularly in the small village of Hove near Hennef. The band was formed as part of a "project work" with a frequently changing line-up until a hard core of musicians finally formed and founded the band in 2015.

The band's name doesn't actually indicate the style of music the guys play, as they play modern "Celtic folk rock". The music comes from countries with Celtic roots, such as Ireland, Scotland, Brittany, etc.
The band "dusts off" the traditional drinking songs, ballads and dances (jigs and reels) and adapts and arranges them to suit the modern zeitgeist. Their own compositions are now also part of the repertoire. Their CD "Between Tales and History" was released in 2020.

The music tells of pretty women, green hills, homesickness, Celtic customs and historic battles of the Irish and Scots.

Attention: Anyone who crosses the path of this "pack" will be caught up in the music and infected by the good mood, and will then make their way home with a broad grin!
