Greenpeace Rostock is showing the film Deep Rising, which provides exciting insights behind the scenes of the deep-sea mining industry and shows fascinating images of this barely explored habitat. The topic has been highly topical for a few years now, as it deals with the question of how we will deal with the huge metal ore resources of the deep sea in the future and what consequences this will have for us humans and the ecosystem.
