Filmvorstellung "FARAH"

In the organizer's words:

We are already looking forward to it! Not only will we be showing the film FARAH, but we will also be able to talk to the filmmaker Ginan Seidl from Rosenpictures afterwards.

According to the Afghan tradition "Bacha Posh", Farah was brought up as a boy until puberty - contrary to the gender assigned to her at birth. The film accompanies Farah in her everyday life in Germany and gives an insight into how Farah navigates gender requirements and norms.
