Finale: Deutsche Science Slam Meisterschaften 2025

The crème de la crème of the German science slam scene is coming to Düsseldorf. It's not the doctoral title that counts, but a triad of research, presentation and the jury's marks. And the jury is the audience - that's how you know slam.

Science Slam is entertaining, vivid, creative and understandable for everyone - except for Donald Trump. Because otherwise you wouldn't come up with the idea of cutting research funding.

The scientists from all over Germany have 10 minutes to present their research on your stage. Be it with an experiment, a rap or a laser sword in one hand and a poem in the other - anything is possible on this evening. And at the end, the audience will decide who will take home this year's coveted Science Slam champion title.

The 4 preliminary rounds will take place as follows:

North 22.10. Hamburg
South 10.11 Stuttgart
