When implementing funded projects, the funding conditions to be met are complex and becoming increasingly complicated - which costs can be applied for and accounted for and how do you keep track of them during the course of the project?

The workshop by Katrin Wiesemann (Production Management - Independent Performing Arts) addresses the important topic of cost and financial management in connection with the planning, implementation and follow-up of funded projects.

Using the cost and financing plan, including an introduction to Excel, the financing with public and private funding will be run through from the application to the controlling to the preparation of the proof of use. Keywords such as approval period, eligible costs and list of receipts are no longer foreign words for the participants after this workshop.
