A meditative experience for the exhibition "I AM NOT MY BODY" with Suzanne Josek
Art and the body are closely connected. Works of art themselves are bodies. Art is created through the body of the creator. And the viewers perceive it through their bodies and their sensory abilities. Inseparably interwoven with this is our mindset, our breath. Only rarely do we pay attention to these interconnections and become aware of them. At the end of the exhibition "I am not my body", Suzanne Josek makes this tangible. Inspired by the exhibited works and the thoughts of the artists, she develops a meditative journey of perception. We take in the diverse artistic positions and let them come to life in our bodies. Perhaps what will be revealed holds an intuitive clue: if I am not my body, then what am I?
It is advisable to have viewed the exhibition "I AM NOT MY BODY" beforehand. Otherwise, no prior knowledge is necessary.
