We are once again inviting all FLINTA* people (female, lesbian, inter, non-binary, trans, a-gender, *) to our next open bouldering session in Berlin!
What you can expect:

When? Every first Saturday of the month from 18:00 - 23:00h
Where? Alternately in the bouldering hall Der Kegel or in the bouldering club Kreuzburg
Who? All FLINTA* people (female, lesbian, inter, non-binary, trans, a-gender, *)
The event takes place every first Saturday of the month - alternating between the two Berlin bouldering halls Der Kegel and Boulderklub. The evening is all about empowerment, community and movement - without pressure to perform, but with space for exchange, courage and new experiences.
Workshops on offer at this FLINTA* Night:
18:30 - 19:30 or 20:00 - 21:00 Finger training & proper spotting with Fine (in German)
Would you like more finger strength and know how to train for it on the hangboard? This course shows you what you can do on training boards and how to spot properly when bouldering.
19:00- 20:00 Anchor cleaning with Narges (in English)
In this course you will learn the basic techniques for safely removing an anchor when sport climbing. You will learn how to transition from climbing to rappelling or lowering mode while remaining belayed throughout.
This course teaches the essential skills for safely cleaning a sport climbing anchor at the top of a route. You'll learn how to transition from climbing to lowering or rappelling while remaining securely attached at all times.
20:30 - 21:30 You're not alone - we're scared of climbing too. with Miley (in German)
In this workshop you can expect both a theoretical and a practical part. Let's talk about fear together and build a new relationship with it. You will be surprised how much we can actually accomplish when we listen to our fear instead of pushing it away. ->Only for experienced lead climbers
