You will get to know new and familiar warm-up, mobility and strengthening exercises for important muscle groups and develop a playful feeling of lightness when changing positions.
Whether you already have experience or not, you are very welcome. There will always be variations to suit your individual level.
We will coach and support each other - you will be held and supported at all times!
There will be a maximum of 12 places per workshop to ensure good support.
