Flying Circus und Johnny Bob

Flying Circus are probably the hottest insider tip in the progressive rock/hard rock/classic rock sector in Germany at the moment and will finally be presenting their long-awaited new album "The Eternal Moment" live in the "Roter Salon" in 2025. Will it be the final breakthrough for the quintet from the Rhineland? Their "Best of" album already spent a whopping 10 weeks in the German album charts for rock and metal in 2021 (best placement 14th), and their subsequent album "Seasons 25" repeated this feat in 2023. In addition, the venerable Deutschlandfunk radio station dedicated a one-hour feature to Flying Circus in 2022 in the program "Rock et cetera". In addition, there are numerous hymns of praise in specialist magazines such as Eclipsed, ROCKS, Good Times etc. If you want to find out why such a fuss is being made about a band that is already 35 years old, you should secure a ticket for their concert in the "Roter Salon" as quickly as possible, because the band is a real prog rock event, especially live, bursting with enthusiasm and versatility.

As a special guest, Flying Circus were able to win Johnny Bob, a band with roots in Kiel, who have already made a name for themselves in the German progressive rock scene with five albums to date. Already after album no. 2, "Fjodor and the Watergiant", the magazine "eclipsed" predicted that the band, which also always performs convincingly live, "will soon become one of the really big bands in the national progressive scene." A promise that Johnny Bob fulfilled with their concept album "The Glass Hotel Tapes" at the latest.
