Concepción Huerta is a Mexican sound artist, composer and producer specializing in experimental electronic music. In her artistic practice, she combines field recordings, modular synthesizers, analog effects and visual elements to create complex, immersive soundscapes. Her works move between ambient, noise and electro-acoustic music and are characterized by a strong emotional depth and a poetic exploration of space, memory and identity.

In addition to her artistic work, Huerta is actively involved in promoting the Latin American underground and experimental music scene. She often works in an interdisciplinary and collaborative way, for example with other sound artists, video artists and performers. Her works have been presented at international festivals, in galleries and in experimental music spaces and have earned her recognition far beyond Mexico. Concepción Huerta represents a new generation of female artists who understand sound not only as music, but as a medium of artistic reflection and cultural criticism.
