In the organizer's words:

In an unusual setting, our speakers will share their experiences and discuss how community building works in various areas - from branding to health and corporate culture. Christian Velbinger(The Royal Jungle) and Thomas Korompai(R1 Health & Sportsclub) will join Antonia Isenberg(nushu) and Steffen Warlich (Schwabinger Tor) to talk about the dynamics, challenges and pain points of successful communities. The focus is not only on digital networks, but also on physical encounters that create a sense of real belonging. Which values connect? How do long-term bonds develop? And what strategies help to create an authentic community? This year's Tor Talk will be moderated by Daniela Heiß ( voice and yoga, among others)
