What is it all about?

The warming of our planet, the loss of natural spaces and the ongoing transition to a low-emission economy are setting changes in motion - locally, nationally and globally. We talk about how the Bundesbank is taking into account the effects of climate change on price stability and financial stability and how it is involved in this context both nationally and internationally. We consider the opportunities and risks for citizens, companies and financial markets that arise from this.
How does a central bank view the interrelationship between climate change, the economy and the financial markets?
