Fotoausstellung "Ehrenamt sichtbar machen"
In the organizer's words:
Many citizens are often unaware of the wide range of institutions and areas in which it is possible to get involved. The opportunities to use one's own skills and abilities are colorful and the organization of volunteering is creative and diverse.
The photo exhibition shows pictures from a language course for people who want to learn German, support and advice from volunteers from the airport chaplaincy, visits and activities with senior citizens from a care home or center plus, creative activities for young and old. They all tell their stories...
The message of the traveling exhibition, which will be on display at various locations throughout Düsseldorf for the rest of the year, is to become visible and thus draw attention to the social importance and responsibility of voluntary work.
