A concert series by and with Frank Folgmann

An evening between musical nostalgia and the electrifying present: under the motto "Back to the Future", the Frank Folgmann Backing Crew, together with singer and saxophonist Martin "Smooth" Obereder, invites you on a journey through six decades of popular music. The focus is on the 80s, when fusion, jazz rock and funky grooves shaped the scene - full of energy, rich in detail and surprisingly contemporary.

The band interprets selected jazz, blues, pop and rock classics from the 60s to the present day with enthusiasm, depth and a modern twist. Bluesy guitar riffs meet elegant saxophone lines, jazzy harmonies meet pop-cultural timbres - a real musical kaleidoscope!
