With DIS.ORDER, the Frantics Dance Company brings an intimate, humorous and uncompromising examination of the inner world of people with ADHD to the stage. Between peculiarity and disorder, those affected and those around them juggle expectations, conformity and social norms - always in search of acceptance and their own rhythm.
Based on personal experiences, the production explores how ADHD can become an obstacle - not only in adolescence, but also in adult life. Frantics relies on her precise, expressive movement language to make it possible to experience the inner and outer state of emergency that those affected are confronted with.
DIS.ORDER is a haunting reflection on an often misunderstood reality - a world full of contradictions, challenges and unbridled energy that rarely receives the recognition it deserves.
