World Music

Under the direction of musician Erdal Sahin, the women's choir builds musical bridges - from traditional folk songs to classical pieces - all in Turkish and Kurdish. The choir members share not only a passion for singing and a love of music, but also a celebration of cultural diversity. Their performances broaden horizons and create spaces for intercultural exchange and community.

This year's summer concert is particularly aimed at older people who often feel alone in their everyday lives. Music becomes a unifying element here - against loneliness and for more togetherness. With its concert, the choir wants to create encounters, give warmth and enable social participation.

The choir opens its doors for the summer concert and invites visitors to an evening full of music and encounters. Interested new members are also very welcome and can make their first contacts on this evening.
