We - Steffi and Janina - invite you into a safe space where you can connect with yourself and the other women - real, vulnerable, powerful and transformative.

What awaits you

Our women's circle is consciously and lovingly designed and is based on four powerful elements that support you in connecting deeply with yourself and the group:

✨ Heartspace Meditation - We start with a guided heart meditation to arrive - in the space, in the body, in the moment.

✨️️ Conscious Breathwork - In a 60-minute breathwork session, accompanied by my voice and a specially composed music set, you can immerse yourself deeply. This journey can lead you into trance-like states, release emotions and bring you into contact with hidden parts of yourself.

✨ Connecting in Circle - We come together again and again in a circle, share our experiences, listen to each other and learn from each other. This mindful community creates connection, understanding and often healing.

✨ Protected space - We - Steffi and I - hold the space with a lot of presence, intuition and experience. For us, the most important thing is that you feel safe and supported. Nothing must, everything may.
