FREIGEHEGE Session am SEE! (+ An-Eisbaden)

SPECIAL on October 06

This Sunday we are NOT meeting at the tree, but in Hürth at Otto-Maigler-See. Why?

The ICYU community is kicking off the ice bathing season and we're joining in!!!

📍 Meeting point:

9:45 am at the corner of the playground Schnellermaarstraße/Schnellermaarstraße 142 in Hürth-Gleuel.

🧘‍♂️ Program:

From 10 am we start with 90 minutes of mindful but definitely strenuous moving, breathing and being. This session helps you to connect with your body, your emotions, with others around you and with nature. Through gentle movement, breathing practice and stillness, you can find inner balance and deep relaxation, while sporty, activating exercises warm you up for ice bathing.

11:30 a.m.: Swim into the 2024/25 winter swimming season at Lake Otto Maigler! We go down to the lake together.

👙 Bring along:

Comfortable clothing suitable for the weather, swimwear, bathing shoes (optional), towel, hat, and a cup or mug for tea - we'll provide you with warming drinks.

FREIGEHEGE - re.connect with yourself, others and nature!

Every Sunday between 11 am and 1 pm, we invite you to meet up with us in Cologne's city forest and become part of a unique experience - our "tree session".

Let's move, sweat, wrestle, breathe, meditate and play together - all in the midst of the beautiful nature of Cologne's city forest. "Freigehege" is a place where you can have fun, get involved and connect with others. We offer a framework in which you can gain new experiences free from expectations.

📍 Meeting point:"Am Baum " in the Cologne city forest 🌳

🕚 Time: Every Sunday, 11:00 am to 1:00 pm

💰 Admission: On a donation basis - pay how much it's worth to you

Look forward to an active break from everyday life and come along to become part of our growing community. Afterwards, you can start the new week recharged.

Whether you exercise alone or come with friends - you are very welcome at "Freigehege"!
