FreiRaum: Tanz

In the organizer's words:

The FreiRaum format invites you to use the rooms of W1 and its equipment on your own responsibility on selected dates. In this case, dance enthusiasts are allowed to use the room with its mirror wall to try things out, rehearse choreographies or simply enjoy the movement. There are no fees and no need to sign a contract.

This is how it works (dates are published in the calendar):

• Time reservation (start on the hour, max. 1 hour) during the specified period by e-mail to jungekultur@regensburg (stating your age)
• "Check in" with the W1 team: let them know in the office (ground floor) or in the culture café (ground floor). There may be a brief introduction to the room
• You can connect your own music players to the existing speakers via AUX cable (caution: poor / no WLAN available)
• Dancing with shoes of any kind is prohibited in the dance hall

FreiRaum - the concept:

On selected evenings (2-4x / month per FreiRaum), the "FreiRaum" format invites you to use the rooms of W1 and their equipment on your own responsibility. For example, you can realize your own work, painting and craft projects in the studio, sew in the textile workshop and rehearse choreographies in the dance hall. FreiRaum regularly publishes dates for which interested parties can register or drop in spontaneously. There are no fixed costs, nor do you have to sign a contract.

Room rental:

Young people who are interested in regular use can rent the dance hall for their own, non-commercial purposes, provided the use fits in with the concept of W1.
