FritzSessions, Vol. 20 mit Vicky, zeck, Liska, Reeza und Headjet

After great FritzSessions at Bi Nuu, it's time to head back out into the summer. The next FritzSessions will take place outdoors and - even better - with Free admission. We're moving back to the Cassiopeia Sommergarten, where acts such as Zartmann, Lena&Linus and PaulWetz performed on our stage last year. It's going to be wild and wow on the longest day of the year. Because with these five acts we are celebrating the 20th edition of the FritzSessions as part of this year's Fête de la Musique.

HEADJET

This band is raw sound from Berlin that hits you before you even know what's happening. Between dirty guitar noise, booming bass and a constant sense of escalation, Headjet create an atmosphere that smells of the big city, unrest and upheaval. The four guys mix alternative rock with a post-punk attitude and their very own, uncompromising style - sometimes melodic, sometimes explosive, but always direct. Headjet sound as if they had plugged an amplifier into the chaos. Live, the band is a real beast: sweaty, intense, full of energy. No frills. When you listen to their songs, you hear Berlin: loud, unadorned and full of movement. Just when you think you know it all, this band comes around the corner and detonates the next explosive device. Headjet at the FritzSessions. Get ready to take off.

REEZA

She is angel and devil in one person, arsonist and one-headed fire-fighting squad. In her driven nature, she seems to magnetically attract drama, which is why she is a born rock star and border crosser - in her merciless way of dealing with herself, on a musical, emotional and interpersonal level. Between the highest flights of fancy and the most brutal breakdowns, social overload and phases of drastic loneliness, between blind self-destruction and pinpoint analysis, D.I.Y. and a glamorous temporary lifestyle, Reeza has seen, felt and lived through in the last year alone what others could not make up for in three decades. Her album "REEHAB" is due to be released this year and this release is going to have it all. First songs like "Narben" are crazy deep harbingers. Reeza at the FritzSessions will be unforgettable. Believe it!

LISKA

Finally on stage! She's been at the FritzSessions so many times. But now she's finally on stage, this absolutely exceptional artist. With her music, Liska gives voice to moments that are difficult to put into words - the circling thoughts, the loud feelings, the quiet doubts. Her songs are like open diary pages: honest, direct and sometimes almost too personal. She captures what many feel but rarely express - the stumbling, the moving on, the small triumphs of life. With her unique noir-pop sound, she combines deep emotions with great atmosphere and manages to make the unspoken tangible. You simply have to see her live to understand. She has already shared stages with CCOSMO, HE/RO and ZARTMANN and recently played with our friends from UNRELEASED. Now finally FritzSessions. Whew. We are happy.

ZECK

He doesn't make big words - but crazy beautiful music. What began as a coincidence is now a clear statement: feelings out, doubts in, and the whole thing with a sound that hits you right where it gets real. With two acclaimed EPs and his debut album "Daydream Therapy", zeck has long since played his way into the hearts of his fanbase. His songs sound like warm indie pop, but there is so much more to them: insecurities, big dreams and a bit of chaos - all wrapped up in stories that stick with you. The initial jam sessions with friends have now become a whole cosmos of sound, emotions and so much more. His tour at the end of last year was crazy full and every concert was a highlight in itself. All the better that zeck is now part of the FritzSessions. We are already hyped.

VICKY

You just have to love Vicky. She simply does what she wants and does it beautifully loud. With her provocative lyrics and uncompromising beats, the Viennese artist, who now lives in Berlin, has a clear message: no rules, no filters, no need for norms. With viral hits such as "T-Shirt hoch, Titten raus" and "aufwachen blaumachen", she has already collected millions of streams and gathered a growing community behind her. Her sound is a wild mix of ghetto tech, hyperpop and absolute escalation - raw, direct and always with a good dose of middle finger. Vicky doesn't mince her words and talks about everything that is important to her in her songs. And she doesn't mind breaking a few taboos in the process. "FSK" is the name of her latest hit, which fits like a glove. After all, it's about a hot summer night. So get your stick out of your ass and get ready for the next demolition at the FritzSessions in the Cassiopeia Sommergarten. It's going to be wild!

It starts at 19:00. But there will be live, loud music on the stage in the Cassiopeia Sommergarten from 16:00. So feel free to come around earlier. Then you won't miss our second stage at Café KULT on the RAW grounds. Just around the corner from the Cassiopeia Sommergarten, acts such as Emma Rose, Jonny Mahoro, Egon Werler, Akryl, Yasola and Soffie will be playing there from 14:00.
