Westfalenpark is continuing its popular series of guided tours on edible wild plants. Discover the hidden treasures of nature in Westfalenpark! The experienced journalist and expert consultant Claudia Maschner is offering 5 guided tours throughout the year in 2025, each with a seasonal focus.

On the first date, Claudia Maschner will guide you through the wild corners of the park under the theme "Fit through the winter". Learn more about edible roots and evergreen wild plants that can also be found in winter and how you can use them to get through the cold season in good health.
