The tour sets off on an exciting search for clues about clothing, fashion and consumption. It takes a critical look at the textile industry from yesterday to today. How do we deal with fashion and clothing today, what was it like in the past? Clues that provide answers to these questions are sought in works of art from different eras. These include the hands-on station with the baroque painting by Alexander Roslin as well as Dutch paintings from the 17th century and Carl Hübner's famous painting "The Silesian Weavers".
