This exclusive curator's tour for teachers introduces the photographic work of photographer Jupp Darchinger and shows possible links to teaching content. He accompanied the actors and social developments of the Bonn Republic like no other photojournalist. Darchinger's photographs shaped the visual memory of an entire era - from the economic miracle of the Adenauer era to the reunification of Germany. His pictures cover topics such as political and economic awakening, the social upheavals of the Bonn Republic, the peace and emancipation movement and the migration debate of the 1980s.
