For 150 years, the New West Berlin has reflected the diversity of Jewish life. Business people of Jewish origin as well as Zionists have left their mark, and the cafés around Kurfürstendamm owed their fame largely to Jewish regulars until the Nazis chased them away. On our tour we show places of residence, former coffee houses, restaurants, a cinema and a theater, a Jewish community center and much more. Original sounds and music accompany the journey through time to Jewish life around Kurfürstendamm.

The city tours are offered by the Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf district office in cooperation with visitBerlin. They are financed by City-Tax funds from the Senate Department for Economics, Energy and Public Enterprises.
