Topic: Wild plants in the kitchen: seeds and nuts

We can find important vitamins, minerals and trace elements in edible wild plants at any (!) time of year. In the fall, not only is the harvest brought in on agricultural fields, but many fruits are also ripe in nature. We can draw on the full range of edible wild plants. This walk focuses on nuts and seeds, as it's not just squirrels that benefit from collecting them.

There will be lots of information, tips and the most important collecting rules so that you can start foraging for yourself straight away.

Claudia Maschner is offering five guided tours on different seasonal themes throughout 2025.
