Gemeinsam gegen Depressionen - Mitradelaktion & Aktionstag der MUT-TOUR 2025

Every year, the non-profit organization Mut fördern e.V. organizes the big MUT-TOUR, a Germany-wide tandem tour to raise awareness about and destigmatize mental illness.

On August 20, the MUT-TOUR will be coming to Jena for a big day of action from 2-5 pm.

2 p.m. ride along: meeting point sports field in Maua

Come along on your own bike and join the MUT-TOUR to the historic town hall - or with "Cycling without age" for senior citizens in a rickshaw.

There will also be information stands from local psychosocial services with time and space to chat over coffee and cake.
