Every year, the non-profit organization Mut fördern e.V. organizes the big MUT-TOUR, a Germany-wide tandem tour to raise awareness about and destigmatize mental illness.

On Sunday, August 3rd, the Diakonie Regensburg and the MUT-TOUR invite you to the Cafe Insel and to cycle along together!

From 11:00 a.m. arrival of the MUT-TOUR tandem team
Welcome by the Diakonie and the District Office, ADFC, press and other guests if applicable

Open get-together and discussions, presentation of the Café Insel (in the garden of the TZ Café Insel if the weather is fine)

11:40 Departure of the joint ride, accompanied by the ADFC, everyone is welcome to see the tandem team off on their route to the outskirts of Regensburg.

Here you can join the MUT-TOUR on your own bike for a few kilometers, get some exercise and at the same time set an example for more openness in dealing with mental illness!
