GFK Mini-Retreat: Gemeinsam statt einsam

In the organizer's words:

Change is the only constant in the universe, as Heraclitus said. And we all feel it: we are living in a time of rapid change. Climate change, economic crises, technological advances and political uncertainties present us with new challenges every day. But how can we create a space in which empathy and cohesion can grow in the midst of this unrest?

In our mini-retreat, we will explore together how we can develop an attitude that enables us to act in harmony with our own values and needs as well as those of others. We will dive deep into theoretical and practical approaches of non-violent communication according to M. Rosenberg in order to understand how we can develop a form of power whose greatest strength lies in the fact that we exercise it together. In addition to cognitive impulses, you can expect a variety of movements and practical experiences such as meditations, dance sequences and the path of Authentic Movement, which will enable you to sharpen your body awareness and develop a deeper connection to yourself and your fellow human beings.
