The filmmaker and author Julia Finkernagel, known from the TV series OSTWÄRTS, is coming to Mönchengladbach! In the Carl Brandts-Haus Central Library, the cheerful journalist will talk about her unplanned and touching encounters in Georgia. Over the years, Finkernagel has uncovered fascinating people and stories there, traveled through the breathtaking landscape between the High and Small Caucasus and made friends for life. She will bring along film clips, show pictures, read passages from "Ostwärts" and give insights behind the scenes of the filming. Of course, she will also be signing books. Her third book "Reisefieber" has just been published.
