The Tübingen Gate is one of Reutlingen's most famous landmarks and a window into the town's history. On this special guided tour, participants are immersed in the important events surrounding the gate and learn about the role it once played for the town.

The highlight of the tour is the ascent to the former tower room, from where an impressive view of the city opens up. From here, you can also discover the area where the pre-industrial industrial estate developed along the Echaz in the 19th century. The first mechanical workshops and factories emerged from the former mills, some of which still exist today and have grown into large companies.

This guided tour combines the history of the town, impressive views and exciting insights into the economic development of Reutlingen - an experience for anyone who wants to get to know the town from a new perspective!
