In the organizer's words:

The focus is on discrimination structures in the healthcare sector that have their roots in the colonial era and still exist today.

As an introduction, Joanna Peprah gives an overview and presents an action paper containing strategies for reducing exclusion and discrimination. The subsequent discussion with Dr. Keith Hamaimbo will delve deeper into the topic and show further ways to break through the existing structures. The discussion will be moderated by Zola Wiegand M'Pembele.

• Other program items on this day include a family tour through the exhibition "This is colonial." (from 7 years) and a poetry talk. The "Black Archive Germany" will also be present with a scanning and photo station and invites you to another round of talks on topics such as memory, identity and self-archiving.
