Get in Contact

In the organizer's words:

More ease and joy in contact

For anyone who wants to get (back) in touch - with themselves and others. If you want to look at the obstacles that exist or discover new ways to make contact joyful and safe, this is the right place for you.

Description

Contact is so important to us and yet sometimes seems threatening, boring or exhausting. But do I always know how good contact works? Our contact with others reflects our contact with ourselves. At some point, we have all learned to deal with our feelings, our bodies, our desires and fears in a certain way. How exactly do you do that? And how do you feel about it?

We take time and space to experience and explore ourselves in contact and to conduct playful experiments - with ourselves and with others.

It offers the opportunity to recognize:

  • Where am I in contact with myself and feel myself well?
  • Where do I tend to separate myself, how exactly do I do this and what is it good for?
  • What does this have to do with contact with other people?
  • What do I actually want?
  • What holds me back?
  • What do I enjoy in contact, what are my impulses, what takes me away from them?
  • Do I want to try something new?
  • How can I strengthen my desire for contact?
  • What do I need to show myself?
  • What thoughts and worries do I have about it?
  • How can I come into natural, direct contact with myself, with others and with what is around me?

The seminar is designed as a lively self-experience in the group, with theoretical input and plenty of space for experiencing - playful as well as serious, sometimes more subtle and quiet, sometimes louder and more expressive. Alone, in pairs, in small groups, in the whole group, which makes more possible than we are able to manage alone. The methods come from various fields, including mindfulness practice, dynamic body therapy, Gestalt work, Somatic Experiencing (SE)®, NARM™ and various body therapy approaches.

Seminar times

Start on the 1st day at 10:00 am,
End on Saturday at 18:00,
End on Sunday at 17:00.
