Are you interested in the technique of ceramic casting with plaster molds?

Then our basic casting technique course is just right for you! In a relaxed atmosphere, our expert Vero will show you step by step how to cast unique vessels using plaster molds and colored clay.

We will provide you with various plaster molds and 4 clay colors for the course. However, you also have the option of bringing your own plaster mold. Please note the following instructions*.

What you can expect:

• You will learn three casting techniques that you can try out yourself:
• Two-color casting - inside and outside
• Marbling & layering - creative play with layers of color
• Painting with liquid clay - the brush technique

All course pieces are fired twice after drying and glazed transparently by us. You can pick them up within 4-5 weeks or we can send them by post (plus shipping costs). All pieces are food-safe. In our course you will produce 3-4 ceramic objects.

The basic casting technique course costs 180 euros per person. This includes all materials, finishing and firing costs.

*Please note that we cannot guarantee that everything will work perfectly with a plaster mold that you bring with you. So that you can try out all the techniques with your own mold, we recommend a "cup" or "cereal bowl" sized plaster mold.
