In the organizer's words:
Today we are focusing on the classic gin cocktail par excellence: the "Martini" (not to be confused with the aperitif brand of the same name), the origin of which is the subject of numerous legends.
In its most reduced form, the drink consists only of gin and vermouth, making the selection of the right gin extremely important. Depending on the characteristics of the gin and the variations in the recipe, martinis can be mixed that could hardly be more different.
In a small group, we take a look at the many facets of this classic cocktail.
