About the movie:

At a time when the climate catastrophe is undeniable and human activities are exceeding the limits of our ecosystem, marshes are coming into focus as an opportunity for our generation. Mission to Marsh raises the question of what we really know about these mysterious habitats and what impact they have on the well-being of our planet.

From the majestic marshlands to the lush mangrove forests, we explore the fascinating diversity of these ecosystems and reveal their crucial role in climate change.

At the same time, it uncovers the dramatic consequences of land use change, pollution and human greed. The journey leads to policy makers who have the power to bring about change and scientists who are working tirelessly to protect and restore the wetlands.
