Gruppenausstellung: MACHT

In the organizer's words:

Power shapes our lives - it is visible and invisible, constructive and destructive, liberating and restrictive. It manifests itself in structures, relationships, symbols and decisions. But power is not just a state, it is also a process: Making. Shaping. Change. How can we make power visible, question it critically and reinterpret it? What stories do power structures tell us and where does the opportunity arise to transform power into positive change or creative work?

In addition, the exhibition Climate No Future will be presented, with photographs taken by members of the climate movements Extinction rebellion, Fridays for future and the Last Generation. This exhibition was realized in 2024 by the Institute for Peace Research and Security Policy at the University of Hamburg.

19 visual artists are taking part in the exhibition with paintings, drawings, etchings, photographs and collages.
