GURU GURU - "The Incredible Universe of Guru Guru"

In the organizer's words:

The German rock pioneers GURU GURU have been active since their foundation in 1968 without any long breaks. Above all, the only remaining founding member, the now 83-year-old exceptional drummer Mani Neumeier, has kept the flag of so-called "Krautrock" flying high. GURU GURU albums belong in every well-stocked record collection alongside those of KRAFTWERK, AMON DÜÜL, CAN and TANGERINE DREAM. With such a long CV, it is more than remarkable that the band is still open to many influences from industrial, jazz and avant-garde.
In 2023, the band released "The Incredible Universe of Guru Guru", an album that sounds fresh, unspent and like an enormous joy of playing - exactly as we have been able to experience them on the LOLA stage in recent years.
