Django Drom Hot Club feat. Wawau Adler & Guests

For ten years now, the Gypsy Jazz Days have been inviting the best artists in the tradition of the genre to a big rendezvous in Munich once a year. The guests at the Silbersaal will be a big band project from the Viennese gypsy swing scene, which has been flourishing for years, led by Julian Wolmuth ("Gewürztraminer"/ Diknu Schneeberger Trio). Newly arranged classics from Django Reinhardt's broad repertoire are on the program. The evening's soloist is Wawau Adler, one of the most renowned guitarists in the tradition of Django Reinhardt, a virtuoso of both the classic gypsy swing school and modern jazz guitar. The evening's special guests are Elias Prinz and Giangiacomo Rosso, two figureheads of the Munich gypsy swing scene. A musically furious and entertaining evening awaits you!
