In crisis-ridden Venezuela, which is experiencing an emigration movement in the millions, an unyielding idealist and a carefree brat must decide their future. Stay or go are the options they explore together.

Roberto works for the Ministry of Transport and lives with his unemployed mother. Although he can barely make ends meet, there is no question of him leaving. Selina, on the other hand, is living illegally in Italy. She fights for a work permit there and has an exile strategy that she conceals from her wealthy family in Venezuela. At some point, they both face a difficult question: will they stay in Venezuela to rebuild their homeland, or will they have to face the imponderables of the fate of migration? (FSK 18)
