From Allermöhe to Rissen, for young and old, to experience, participate and enjoy: The Hamburg Foundation Days put the spotlight on the diversity of good in Hamburg. From June 20 to 29, Hamburg's foundations invite all citizens to get to know their work, make contacts and find ideas for their own commitment - good days for good deeds!
To kick off the Foundation Days, over 120 organizations will be inviting people to dine at the Rathausmarkt on Saturday, 21 June, between 1 and 5:30 pm! Everyone celebrates democracy, diversity and cohesion at Hamburg's longest table! At the 300 meter long table, everyone can chat, feast, play, dance, debate and much more - everything is possible at the table, because every table is different!
There will also be a varied programon stage: Hamburg singer-songwriter Marlo Grosshardt will rock the Rathausmarkt, three different choirs will make the city centre sing with a cheerful sing-along and everyone will breathe the long breath of democracy into the city in a flash mob - the place to be!
Also present at the Rathausmarkt: Hanesatic Help, Hamburger Tafel and DER HAFEN HILFT! The three organizations will be collecting donations in kind for people in need! The collection point is on the right front side of the town hall.
In addition to the central festival at the Rathausmarkt on 21 June, there will be around 200 program items throughout the greater Hamburg area from 20 to 29 June 2025, including exhibitions, concerts, workshops, adventure walks for all age groups, tree planting campaigns, lectures, debates and much more.
