What really divides us? Are there big differences between Generation Z, millennials and baby boomers? Or do we all ultimately share the same values? In this workshop with work researcher Hans Rusinek, we put supposed generational conflicts to the test by sitting young and old at the same table! Together with work researcher Hans Rusinek, we will work out which values characterize the different generations from a scientific perspective and how we can use this diversity to master the challenges of our time. Through a joint, cross-generational dialog, we will build bridges and develop ideas for the future together that involve everyone.
