In 1986, Stjepan Hauser was born in Pula, Croatia, a young boy who would completely change the way many people looked at classical music a few years later. When he heard a cello on the radio for the first time at a young age, the Croatian was hooked - he received cello lessons at the age of eight and developed into a truly exceptional talent over the years.

In 2011, together with his colleague Luka Suli, with whom he formed the duo 2CELLOS, he made his big breakthrough into the mainstream with an interpretation of Michael Jackson's "Smooth Criminal". From then on, the musician's solo career also took off.

HAUSER, as he called himself from then on, became one of the most important instrumentalists of the 21st century and opened the doors to classical music for many with his interpretations. The virtuoso plays masterfully with all styles and creates a very special atmosphere at his concerts that is both captivating and touching. His music - paired with a spectacular show - enchants the audience in a magical way and encourages them to dream and dance at the same time.

The fantastic cellist, sometimes a romantic, sometimes a rebel, blurs the boundaries between classical music and rock or pop, as his collaborations with the Red Hot Chili Peppers or Steven Tyler from Aerosmith impressively demonstrate. HAUSER has already toured with Elton John, played for the Pope and Queen Elizabeth and won virtually every major award in his field.

His success goes far beyond his many, many millions of YouTube, Facebook and Instagram followers, his loyal fans are at home all over the world and their numbers continue to grow. Seemingly effortlessly, he manages to transcend generational boundaries and unite young and old. In short: HAUSER has achieved what most musicians dream of all their lives.
