It's not just the instrumentation that's unusual here! Carried by a somnambulistically confident interplay of oud, double bass and drums, the three musicians create a network of jazz beats, Arabic maqam ornamentation and Eastern finesse that transcends all genre boundaries. The musicians of the Haz'ard Trio, who regularly visit their hometowns in Tunisia and Germany, have initiated an exchange in which they have intensively explored the musical traditions and cultures of the other side. The result is a jewel of musical beauty that we strongly recommend you listen to!
