Indie-folk singer Hazlett grew up in Australia, but if the last few years are any indication, he's only really blossomed in Sweden. An old boyfriend, a big breakup and playing Oasis' "Wonderwall" three times every night was the unplanned mix of reasons that led him to leave his previous adulthood behind in favor of traveling to the other side of the world.

A bunch of lost nerves and a tangled mess of memories became the beginning of Hazlett's unique brand of "indie ballroom folk". However, it all crystallized one summer in Stockholm when he found the fabled collaboration chemistry in his now close friend Freddy Alexander. A lot has changed since then, and what started as a way for him to "sort some things out in his head..." has now become a whole world of music with beautiful intricacies to move through. Even if the emotional turmoil never quite goes away, there's this newfound, quiet confidence from the troubadour from down under. You may never have met in person, but sometimes listening to Hazlett's music feels like he's the only friend you've ever had. Last year he performed as a special guest for LANY in North America and for Callum Scott in Europe. And this year: with us on the Kulturzelt stage. :)

The concert is unseated. (But there are seats in the stands for early birds)
