In the "Heart Circle" we offer you a space in which you can meet yourself and other people authentically and transparently. Experience a tingling sensation that is not only felt on your skin!

Here you can be free to let go of your mask and make yourself tangible. With our guidance, you will meet each other honestly and on a new level. Without everyday life, without roles, without expectations and obligations.

We invite you to explore the space for yourself and open the door to an exciting journey.

Slowly and in a loving environment, you will get to know each other in small encounter exercises. With this newfound trust, it will be easy for you to be curious about yourself and others.

We invite you to take good care of yourself at all times and to allow yourself to say "I need right now", "I would like to" or even "I don't want to right now". Everything is voluntary and if an exercise or encounter is not right for you, you have the option of sitting out or just watching.

In general, we would also like you to experience being allowed to say "no", not to take a "no" you receive personally and to be happy about a clear "yes"!

At the end of the evening, you will return to your world nourished and connected and carry your inner well-being forward.

The evening is open to all people: couples and individuals are equally welcome. Please be aware that we are not gender balanced and you will also do same-sex exercises.
