Helene Bockhorst - „LEBEFRAU“ Comedy & Tragedy

In the organizer's words:

Helene Bockhorst's new program is an ode to life. Black humor meets colourful outfits and silliness as she confronts uncomfortable questions: Why is a man who has a good time a bon vivant, while a woman is simply a slut? Should family traditions be continued at all costs, even if they involve depression and unhealthy coping patterns? What can I do for a better world - without going to too much trouble? And am I at least one of the more interesting cases for my therapist? In her open and honest manner, she takes the audience on an emotional rollercoaster ride in which humorous everyday observations find their place alongside life-changing experiences. Between the lines, it is about the question of how to retain lightness and hope even in difficult times. A program about trauma, depression, resilience - and about the fact that you can always find a reason to laugh, even when life doesn't go the way you want it to.
