In the organizer's words:

The Concert for Lower Saxony presents the diversity of Lower Saxony's independent (classical) music scene on June 13 and 14 at the Musikkiosk am Kröpcke and the Künstlerhaus in Hanover.

Since 2022, the state association of the independent classical music scene in Lower Saxony has been organizing the hell:wach concert series once a year at different locations in Lower Saxony. At this event, professional and up-and-coming ensembles from Lower Saxony's independent classical music scene present themselves in short performances with different line-ups and contrasting stylistic repertoire ranging from early to new music, with "classical" works through to genre crossovers, new compositions and original arrangements. There is also the opportunity for informal exchange and networking.

For hell:wach25, the Landesverband der Freien Klassik-Szene Niedersachsen is cooperating with Musikland Niedersachsen and Kulturdreieck Hannover; other partners are LAG Jazz, HMTM Hannover, Initiative Kreative Musik e. V., RAMPE Hannover and Unesco City of Music Hannover. In addition to "hell:wach - A Concert for Lower Saxony", the "hell:wach25 forum" will take place on June 12 and 14 in the RAMPE, based on the established classical music meeting and organized by Musikland Niedersachsen.
