HEMELBESTORMER
A Dutch word that can roughly be translated as "sky striker" or "attacker of the sky" and is used to describe someone with revolutionary thoughts and ideas, is a Belgian quartet made up of dedicated veterans of the hardcore, doom and black metal scene. Since 2012, their unique blend of instrumental post-doom and various other genres has been exploring the far corners of the universe, passing through black holes, nebulae and mysterious blue ring-shaped galaxies, captivating listeners all over the world.

POTHAMUS

Sludge/post-metal band POTHAMUS mixes music and metaphysics and takes you on an enchanting journey. Based in Mechelen, Belgium, the three-piece ensemble was founded in 2013 and has been mesmerizing audiences ever since with its unique blend of repetitive riffs, floating drones, tribal percussion and raw bass lines. In Pothamus' enigmatic world, the search for meaning takes center stage. While fusing Eastern philosophy and Western esotericism into a unique ontology, the band returns to the fundamentals of music: coming together and drifting. Pothamus' sound is a sonic exploration that creates an immersive experience that transcends the ordinary and delves into the deep.

This is painful, deeply personal poetry and reflection. These are thoughts on large-scale political contexts, bourgeois idylls and the processing of personal crises. These are profound soundscapes in which finely crafted synthesizers meet abrasive noise.
